Standing straight and tall like soldiers on parade this ancient forest will never have to do battle with a chainsaw again.  As you drive through and inspect their parade of colours you feel privileged to have seen a display of such finery. At certain times of the year the pale grey bark sheds revealing golden orange and salmon pink. With a height of 90 metres, the canopy is like the ceiling of a cathedral.

It’s so easy to get ‘lost’ as you wind your way through something so beautiful.
